Elena manages the Nicosia office, ensuring the seamless integration of office and site coordination, administrative and logistic problem solving. Elena overviews information exchange between contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. She conducts the financial monitoring, tenders' follow up and material payments. She reviews bookkeeping and banking finance control of the projects in Cyprus. Elena holds a BSc in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Cyprus and an MA in Human Resource Management from the University of Leeds, United Kingdom.
