Shlomi Hakim the founder and CEO of Mutual Goals, with over 20 years of extensive knowledge and experience in exploring potential real estate investments and market trends. Mutual Goals was founded in Israel in 2003 by Shlomi, who at the time was a founder and partner of a successful Tel Aviv Law Firm. He has extensive experience in negotiating, structuring, and closing private equity agreements including real estate transactions, equity, and debt investment schemes. Shlomi has built a strong reputation as a professional expert in the field of International Real Estate Investment and Development, maintaining high standards of business practices and ethic codes. Shlomi is a Bachelor Law LLB graduate from university of Newcastle Upon Tyne in the UK and has a master’s degree in law LLM from Bar Ilan University in Israel. Shlomi has been a volunteer and Member of the board of Ilan Foundation, a well-known, leading Israeli established non-profit organization that supports thousands of disabled children and adults, for over 16 years.
